Arlene has extensive experience handling acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate properties and interests; commercial leasing across sectors; commercial mortgage loan origination, modification and workouts.
Ms. Richman represents sponsors, developers, owner/operators, retailers, asset managers, portfolio and CMBS lenders, underwriters and issuers and commercial and investment banks.
Ms. Richman heads Real Estate Counselors New York office.
EDUCATION
Ms. Richman received her B.S. and M. B.A. from Cornell University in 1977 and 1978., and her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, in 1981, where she served on the Law Review.
She is a member of the New York and Illinois Bars, and is a licensed real estate broker in New York.
