Bruce G. Rosen

Bruce Rosen is the founding member of Real Estate
Counselors, PLLC.
Mr.
Rosen specializes in commercial real estate
transactions, including office and retail leasing,
acquisitions and sales of commercial properties, secured
lending and joint ventures. He also has experience in
creditors' rights and commercial bankruptcy
matters.
Before founding Real Estate Counselors,
Mr. Rosen was an Attorney with the law firm of Akin,
Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld.
Mr. Rosen is the
author of "When Office Landlords Lease to Retail
Tenants" published in the Practical Real
Estate Lawyer.

Mr. Rosen
received his
B.B.A. in 1989 and his J.D. with distinction in
1992 from the Temple University James E. Beasley School
of Law. He is a member of the District of Columbia and
the Pennsylvania Bars (inactive) and the American Bar
Association.

Steven A.
Loewy
 |
For over twenty years, Steven A. Loewy has
represented lenders, developers and other businesses in
Maryland, Virginia, and metropolitan Washington, D.C.
negotiating, structuring and closing major commercial
real estate transactions. Representative transactions
include advising a lender in connection with a complex
$35 million commercial construction loan, and advising a
borrower in a $60 million bond financing transaction.
Among other publications, he is the author of
"Indoor Pollution in Commercial Buildings: Risks and
Liabilities" Commercial Realtor, Spring, 1994

EDUCATION
Mr. Loewy
received his B.A. in 1974 from Washington University, St
Louis, Missouri, and his J.D. in 1979 from Yeshiva
University (Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law). Mr.
Loewy is a member of the Maryland and the District of
Columbia Bars and the American Bar Association. He is
admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the
District of Maryland.

Roberta F.
Colton

Roberta Colton's practice
includes acquisitions and sales of commercial real
estate, including office buildings, hotels, apartment
complexes, and timberlands; commercial leasing of office
and retail space; real estate lending; and the
negotiation, drafting and analysis of complex agreements
for the operation of partnerships, limited liability
companies, and corporations, primarily in the business
of acquiring, developing and operating
commercial real estate
projects.
Prior to joining Real Estate
Counselors, Ms. Colton was an Attorney with the
law firm of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer &
Feld. |

Arlene
B. Richman

Arlene has extensive experience handling acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate properties and interests; commercial leasing across sectors; commercial mortgage loan origination, modification and workouts. Ms. Richman represents
sponsors, developers, owner/operators, retailers, asset
managers, portfolio and CMBS lenders, underwriters and
issuers and commercial and investment banks.
Prior to joining Real Estate Counselors, Ms.
Richman was with Cahill Gordon & Reindel.
Ms. Richman heads Real Estate Counselors New York
office.

Ms. Richman received her B.S. and
M. B.A. from Cornell University in 1977 and 1978., and her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, in 1981, where she served on the Law Review. She is a member of the
New York and Illinois Bars, and is a licensed real
estate broker in New York.

Peter
Pokorny
|

Peter Pokorny has a multifaceted
legal and business background. As Legislative Counsel for the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Mr. Pokorny counseled the Real Estate Practice group. He also served as Assistant General Counsel for the Council of Better Business Bureaus, the network hub
for BBB's in the US and Canada. Mr. Pokorny was also President of Interface Financial Group, an Alexandria, Virginia based receivables financing company.
In addition to his work at Real Estate Counselors, Mr. Pokorny also serves as an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

Investment Management, LLC, a boutique investment
management and consulting firm committed to helping high
net worth individuals, trusts, endowments, foundations
and non-profit organizations achieve financial success.
In addition, Tiber Creek publishes Asset Class
Valuation Quarterly,a research report that
provides an overview of the current market environment
and a detailed analysis of the current valuations for
eighteen (18) different global asset classes and
inflation.
Prior to founding Tiber Creek Investment Management,
Mr. Ricardo practiced corporate finance, commercial real
estate, tax and non-profit law with law firm of Akin,
Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld.

Ricardo received his B.A. cum laude from Wake Forest
University in 1991, his J.D. cum laude from Syracuse
University in 1997 and a joint LL.M in taxation and
securities and financial regulation from the Georgetown
University Law Center in 2000. As a J.D. candidate, Mr.
Ricardo was nominated to the Justinian Honorary Law
Society and was an editor of the Syracuse Journal of
Legislation & Policy. He is a member of the District
of Columbia and North Carolina Bars.

Jamie N.
Miller

Jamie
N. Miller is a paralegal focusing on commercial real
estate and corporate law. Ms. Miller has more than
eighteen years experience assisting counsel with closing
multi-million dollar land acquisition loans,
construction financing, and business loans. Ms. Miller's
knowledge of the closing process enables her to quickly
and effectively review, organize, and engage in due
diligence, to discover title issues associated with real
estate through a review of title and survey, and assist
with a closing by ensuring that all requirements under
the loan are met leading to a smooth
transaction.

Blakney specializes in commercial retail leasing

administrating in-line and anchor tenant leases
(including modifications, assignments, terminations and

outlet malls, full-price shopping centers and mixed-use
projects.
